What we collect and why
The form requests your name, work email and the message you choose to send. We use this data solely to answer your enquiry, assess a potential collaboration and maintain related communications.
The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, taking pre-contractual steps at your request. We do not use this data for automated decisions or sell it.
Providers and transfers
We may use technical providers to host and protect the site and deliver the form. They receive only the information required to provide their service and must process it under appropriate instructions and safeguards. Where a provider operates outside the European Economic Area, the required protective mechanisms will apply.
How long we keep it
We retain an enquiry for as long as necessary to answer it and manage any relationship that may arise. We then delete it or restrict its processing, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability by emailing hello@rubid.io and stating the right you wish to exercise. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
